NEIGHBORS FOR PEACE
AND JUSTICE

Mission Statement

Neighbors for Peace and Justice was formed in response to the events of September 11. Members of our community gathered to discuss alternative approaches to the government's declaration of war on terrorism. We are concerned about the violence against civilians caused by the war as well as its negative effects here at home on the economy, civil liberties and social services. By educating ourselves, by direct communication with elected representatives, and by public education and demonstration, our goal is to influence the direction of our country's foreign and domestic policy toward peace and justice. Join us in this important effort. For further information, call 818-727-8433.
